This Privacy Policy applies to ON DEMAND 365, a trading name of Videoondemand365 Limited (company number 08302527) and whose registered address is James House, Stonecross Business Park, Yew Tree Way, Warrington, England, WA3 3JD, and applies to its TV channel, apps and websites (the "Sites").

1. The information we gather about you and how we use it

a) Profile Information such as how you registered and the device you registered with to improve your experience and make sure your settings are remembered correctly.

From your IP address, we can determine your general geographic location. We may use this information in a number of ways. Firstly, we are licensed to broadcast content in specific territories. We will use your IP address to identify your territory to make our licensed content available to you. We will use your IP address to prevent, detect and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud. Finally, we may personalise the adverts you see.

c) Behavioral Data such as the content you viewed on our system and product ratings to enable us to analyse, monitor and improve the services and your experience, which may include personalising the advertising and content you see, based on the details given by you and your activity on the services.

d) To help us to provide you with the best possible service, you can choose to provide us with your Contact Information so we can better respond to your support requests and comments.

e) We collect other data from time to time to help us provide you with improved products and services – for example when we ask you to fill in a survey or questionnaire. 

2. How we treat children’s information

We will never solicit information directly from children and will only ever communicate with Users who accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for use. This includes that Users must be over the age of 18 and children who view any content on our Sites must only do so under the Users supervision.

We will record data on our websites using "cookies". ON DEMAND 365 is an advertising funded service. In providing advertising to you, we want them to be as relevant as possible. In doing this, we will not share information that personally identifies you, such as your name or email address, with advertising, measurement or analytics partners unless you give us permission. However, we may provide these partners with information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertising without providing information that personally identifies you.

We may also share your personal information with an acquirer or potential acquirer of our business.

There may be a circumstance, where we may have to disclose your personal information by law, because a court or the police or other law enforcement agency has asked us for it.

5. Links to other websites and services from our Sites

The Sites may provide access to Third Party Content, websites or services that are operated and controlled by third parties. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding agreement. We have no control over these third parties, and your use of their websites and features are subject to their privacy policies.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or business practices of any third party web site.  In addition, we may place our widgets or other features on certain third party web sites.  When we do so, any Personal Data that we obtain about you will be subject to this Privacy Policy. 

6. Your consent to international transfers of Your Information

The Sites are hosted and operated in the United Kingdom.  Your Information will therefore be transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom but may also be transferred to other countries. By using the Sites, and providing us with any information, you consent to the international transfer of Your Information.

7. Your rights regarding your personal information

You have the right to be forgotten by our systems. Upon request and proof of identity we will depersonalise your data within the system within the legislated time.

You have the right to ask us not to process your data at any time.  In this instance, due to the nature of our system and the critical nature of personalised data to the operation of our service, we will unfortunately not be able to continue to provide you with the service.

If this occurs, then we will depersonalize your data within the system within the legislated time and unfortunately you will no longer be able to use the service.

8. How long will be retain your information

As long as you are a customer of the service we will hold onto your data. If you cease to use our Services, we will remove any personal information we hold within one year.

9. What happens when we make changes to our Privacy Policy

Except to the extent limited by applicable law, we reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.
